MONDAY - THURSDAY: 6am-8:30pm
FRIDAY: 6am-7:30pm
SATURDAY: 8am-2pm
SUNDAY: Closed (rest day!)
GYM DETAILS
We have two gender neutral bathrooms with showers. We do not have a large locker room or changing area, so please plan accordingly when joining us for a class or training session!
We provide towels for workouts and showers!
