  1. Stay home if you are sick, not feeling well, or have been exposed (without PPE) to someone who is sick.

  2. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session. If you arrive early, please wait outside until it is 10 minutes prior to your session.

  3. All individuals coming to the facility (staff and members) must have a face covering on before entering and must keep it on for the duration of their time in the gym with the exception of taking sips of water.

  4. Upon entry you will receive a temperature check (a fever of 100 degrees or higher will result in being sent home) and will then immediately wash your hands at our hand washing station.

  5. Follow directional floor markings to help you determine the safest path to your workout “pod” where you will have access to all freshly sanitized equipment.

  6. Throughout the workout follow the directions of your coach to wipe down equipment you have used. All equipment will also be thoroughly sanitized by an employee before the next group enters the facility.

  7. Please bring your own water bottle. The fountain can only be used for filling water bottles, and cannot be used for drinking from directly.

  8. Please bring only small items that can be kept with you throughout the duration of the workout. Keeping with regulations, cubbies and storage spaces are currently blocked off.

  9. If you ride your bike you can store it in our small meeting room which you can access upon entry, after having your temperature checked.

  10. Please schedule your session ahead of time. We cannot allow walk-ins at this time.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We have taken a number of precautions to ensure that social distancing is maintained throughout your entire time in the facility!

  1. Face coverings are required for all workers and visitors.

  2. We’ve established workout zones (“pods”) where each member of the gym will have exclusive access to their own squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, and any other equipment they will need for the duration of the workout. Most pods are spaced out 14 feet apart, and physical barriers have been installed between pods that are any less than 14 feet.

  3. Visual markers and directional pathways have been installed to help ensure social distancing is maintained as individuals travel through the space.

  4. Coaches will be elevated on a platform and mic’d up when leading a group so they are protected and able to maintain plenty of distance, but can also easily be seen and heard by everyone in the session.

HYGIENE PROTOCOLS

  1. A shoe cleaning station has been installed at the entrance and a hand washing station has been installed in the lobby for everyone to use as soon as they enter the space.

  2. Hand sanitizer is abundantly available throughout the space and disposable wipes are conveniently placed next to each workout pod.

  3. All equipment is sanitized between uses and no equipment will be shared during a session.

  4. An employee is responsible for a full cleaning between every session.

STAFFING & OPERATIONS

  1. Employees are screened before each shift to ensure they aren’t experiencing any symptoms and haven’t had any close contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19.

  2. Coaches will remain at least 6 feet away from members at all times and will have their own elevated stage to coach from in order to maintain distance and oversee the session.

  3. Workplace hours have been adjusted to minimize contact between employees.

  4. Reservations are required for all visitors to enforce occupancy limits.

  5. An employee who tests positive for COVID-19 must report to employer for purposes of cleaning/disinfecting and contact tracing.

  6. Showers and cubbies are closed off.

  4. Anti-microbial laminates have been placed upon every door handle.

  5. All equipment and flooring will be sprayed with a disinfectant fogger prior to the start of each session.
