So now, whether you live in the greater Boston area or on the other side of the world, you can join us for a live workout!

What to Expect:

Our virtual classes are run through Zoom and an invitation to join the class is sent out to the roster 20 minutes prior to the start of class. We highly recommend downloading the Zoom desktop app to make for a more streamlined experience! The coach will be there to demonstrate all the exercises, guide you through the workout, and provide feedback and cues to help you get the most out of the class! Oh, and lots of positive vibes and virtual high fives will be given out too :)

 
 
 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: What types of classes do you offer?

A: We have two types of classes: BUILD and Kettlebells. If you’re new to our virtual classes, we highly recommend starting with BUILD! Right now all of our BUILD classes can be adapted to be completely bodyweight, but having a dumbbell or kettlebell will definitely help you to make the most of the class! BUILD classes are a combination of strength training and high intensity interval training. Our Kettlebell classes include some more technical and advanced movements and we recommend only taking these classes if you have experience with kettlebell swings, cleans, and get ups!

Q: Can I join from [fill in country here]?!

A: YES! You can join our live classes from anywhere in the world! Just please note that all of our class times are based on EASTERN STANDARD TIME so if you are joining from across the globe, make sure you do the conversion ahead of time!

Q: How much fitness experience do I need?

A: We pride ourselves on providing variations, alternatives, and modifications to fit all fitness levels! While the classes can be fast-paced at times, the instructor is always offering ways for you to meet yourself where you’re at so that the workout feels appropriately challenging for YOU!

Q: Do I need to have equipment?

A: We highly recommend having some home equipment (dumbbells and/or kettlebells) but also recognize that it’s very challenging to get equipment these days! If you don’t have any equipment at home, we always offer bodyweight alternatives to the movements that do incorporate weights!

Q: Once I purchase the class credit, how do I book myself into the class to ensure I get the link sent to me?

A: Make sure you visit our class schedule and reserve a spot in the class you wish to attend!

 

Terms of service: There is a 6-hour cancellation window where you can cancel without penalty and the class will be returned to your account. If you cancel within 6 hours of the class, you will lose that class, but will not be charged an additional penalty.
