A safe and effective environment for strength training during the pandemic!

 
 

After being closed down for 6 months, we’ve had plenty of time to come up with a plan to rearrange the gym and restructure our programming so that training at Achieve is as safe as possible and we can continue to bring the same level of expert coaching and program design that we’ve always delivered! Enter: Small Group Training (or SGT for short!)

 
 

Here’s What to Expect From Achieve SGT!

 

Small Group Training Sessions

SGT sessions can have up to 6 participants and are taught by one of our experienced coaches! Each participant will workout in their own individual “pod” where they have access to all of the equipment they could need (squat rack, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, bench, etc.) Sessions are 50 minutes long and are structured so that participants are working on the same movements (with variations provided for all experience levels) at the same time, and the coach is able to provide feedback on form and suggestions on how much weight to use.

A Comprehensive Workout Program

Our SGT program is easily modifiable for people of all experience levels!

The program works in 4-week blocks, and we teach you how to progress from week to week for each exercise.

Our coaches will always provide multiple options for each exercise so that no matter what your experience level is, you can rest assured that there will always be a variation that meets you where you're at!

You’ll receive a workout log to keep track of your sets, reps, and weights for each exercise to ensure you’re seeing improvements and progress!

Coaching & Instruction

First and foremost, we only hire awesome people at Achieve! And by awesome, we mean warm, welcoming, encouraging people that are of course phenomenal coaches!

They'll never shame you or make you uncomfortable, and like we mentioned above, will always work with you to find exercise variations that meet you where you're at.

You can expect your coach to walk around the room to make sure you know exactly what you're doing, and provide detailed and individualized coaching cues.


Easy Booking with our iOS or Android App!

Booking your sessions and managing your workout schedule is super easy through our Achieve Fitness - Boston app, available for download in the apple store and google play store!

When you open the app you'll see how many sessions you have remaining on your account and can book out up to 2 weeks in advance to reserve your spots!

You'll pick your workout pod when you reserve your session so you know exactly where to go when you walk into the gym!

A Positive & Inclusive Vibe

Having a welcoming, supportive, and encouraging environment is extremely important to us.

Gyms and fitness studios can often feel so elitist and exclusive, which is why our mission since 2012 has been to bring more inclusivity and positive vibes to the fitness space.

We're very intentional with the writing/imagery on our walls, the language we use while coaching, and the way we approach fitness. We want to do everything in our power to help make you feel like you belong here, because you do!


A Covid-19 Safe Environment

Keeping our members healthy and safe has always been our number one priority, and we have specific COVID safety protocols in place that go above and beyond local and CDC guidelines. Our workout pods are spaced apart so that there is either 14 feet of space between stations OR a plastic barrier between stations to ensure social distancing is maintained throughout the duration of your visit.
